Delivery

 If your order is “in stock”, our dear customers, the product will be delivered to the address you specified on the order form no later than 8 working days after confirmation. Delivery time and conditions may vary depending on the density. Strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, public movements, war, sabotage and fire situations, etc. in exceptional cases, and the absence of the address caused by the buyer, the absence of an official who will pick up the delivery, the fact that the buyer has moved from the address, etc. in some cases, the delivery time and conditions may vary. You can pick up your order from the cargo officer for signature by presenting an illustrated identity card. When receiving your product, open the cargo package in front of the cargo company officer and make sure that the contents of the package are complete and undamaged. In case of any mishap, send the product back by making a report to the cargo officer. Our Customer Service will help you. If you are not personally present at the address at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to a person at the delivery address after checking the picture ID and getting his signature.

In the event that no one is at the address at the time of delivery, the cargo company dispatcher will leave a news note. As of the working day following the release of the news note, a second visit will be made to the same address. delivery will be made within 2 days after you call the Customer Service of the Cargo company and inform them of the time zone in which you can pick up your order at home.

The Exchange Procedure

-You can exchange or return the product you purchased on our site no later than 14 days from the date of delivery. Following this information, the faulty product that you will contact us with the shipping company will be replaced with a new one. 

- If the ordered product error occurred due to customer use or if the product was used within a 14-day period, the product will not be returned and exchanged. 

- As terms of product return and replacement, applications are essential in accordance with the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection.

- The box, packaging and standard accessories of the product that you will return, if any, must be completely and undamaged in the package that you return to us, and the product must maintain its resalability.

- The shipping fee for the return of the products you want to exchange belongs to our customers.
